Insurance Claims
Whether it is an insurance claim or a paid claim, let us take care of you. The steps to making an insurance claim are:
Estimate Your Damages
Once your claim is submitted, contact Superior Auto Body Ltd. to schedule an estimate. We can use your claim number to work directly with your insurance company and restore your vehicle to pre-accident conditions. We’ll explain the repair process and go over the parts that need to be repaired or replaced. After completing the estimate, we submit the claim to your insurance for review and approval.
Submit Your Insurance Claim
Your first step is to contact your insurance company and submit your claim. You can find their contact number on your insurance card. Your insurance company will assign an adjuster to handle your accident details, determine liability, provide you with a claim number, and advise if you have rental coverage. The decision of where to have your vehicle repaired is always up to you.
Repair Your Vehicle
After getting approval from your insurance company, we’ll order any necessary parts. When we receive the parts, we’ll contact you to schedule your vehicle repairs. Next, we start the work to return your vehicle to its original condition, using quality materials and repair methods to make sure the job is done right.
For your convenience, we can provide a courtesy car or help arrange a rental vehicle with your preferred rental car company. We also have a shuttle vehicle service to anywhere in town.
Pick Up Your Vehicle
When we’ve completed your repairs, we’ll contact you to let you know. We’ll submit the bill to your insurance company, and you will pay your deductible or any other applicable charges according to your claim.
